Returns / Refunds

  • Personalized items are non-returnable. If a mistake is made in production, we are happy to replace it.
  • Non-personalized items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and prior approval must be given by Initial Proper.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers. Return shipping charge and original shipping charge to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer on approved returns.

Order Cancellations

Due to the custom production of our products, orders may only be cancelled within two hours of order submission. After that, personalized orders may not be cancelled.

If for any reason you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact customer care with the following information:

  • Name of purchaser
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Supply a photo of your damaged item (front and back)
  • Brief description of your claim.
Your claim will not be reviewed without the above information. Please refer to our contact us page for office hours and contact information. If your claim is approved, please note that the item will be replaced with the same selections from your original order. No alterations to monogram font, monogram order, colors or model will be provided.
